Kaizen X Capital is an entrepreneur-led investment fund dedicated to acquiring, operating, and growing a B2B services business in the United States over the long term.

We focus on mission-critical B2B services companies serving one of several essential industries, such as digital infrastructure, finance, and transportation — sectors that quietly power the economy and stand to benefit from disciplined operations and thoughtful technology adoption—in the United States.
What we're looking for:
- A profitable and growing business that has at least $1.5-2.0mm in EBITDA/SDE
- Bootstrapped/founder or family-owned and ready for transition
- Non-discretionary or mission critical B2B service product
- High customer retention and low concentration
- Stable, recurring, and predictable cash flows
- Asset light with low capital investment needs

Drawing on his experience at Mubadala Investment Company and his MBA from MIT Sloan, Ilia combines operational rigor, disciplined leadership, and a thoughtful, principle-driven approach to creating enduring value
